The Longview Country Club has a Women’s Association that promotes and encourages the game of golf and good fellowship among its members and to plan, schedule, and conduct both social and golf events for its members.
The voting board members for 2024 are:
- President – Sue Walston
- Vice President – Stephanie Grasser
- Secretary – Stacey Murphy
- Treasurer – Kathy Stafford
- Golf Chair – Chris Studley
- Trustees – Dona Williamson and Marnie Harris
The following are non-voting members that assist with events and projects that are sponsored by the Association. Gaylynn Little and Jenny Isaacson are golf captains for their respective golf leagues, Cindy Lervik is the Special Activities Coordinator, Sandy Smith represents the Golf and Green Committee. There are currently 96 members of the Women’s Association. The membership cost for the association is $30 per year.
The Women’s Association sponsors many social events during the year. There will be nine Ladies’ Night Out this year, which are hosted by volunteers. This is a fun social time with dinner and activities. We also have a fantastic golf league, which is led by Chris Studley.
18 Hole Golf League
Organized play on Tuesdays, our club’s designated Ladies Day. These members play an 18-hole game.
9 Hole Golf League
Organized play is on Wednesdays. These members play a 9-hole game.
